Ballast - Plastic Holder
Plastic Holder for the Ballast, that helps it stay securely to the ballast tray. This plastic holder is usually screwed into or rivetted into the metal ballast tray to help properly secure the ballast with any movement that is caused.
Usually there are two plastic holders per ballast; one on each side of the ballast's end.
