Ultrasun 5000
The US 5000 was apart of the Ultrasun Product Lineup from (1998-2000) and was replaced by the Solarwind 5000. The US 5000 is no longer produced nor available from Ultrasun and is here as reference only.
The US 5000 came in at least five configurations; US 5000/5, US 5000/4x500, US 5000/x4x1000, US 5000/0, US 5000/0 VRX.
Because this bed was produced for several years the lamp configuration and electrical information provided may be different than your US 5000, the information provided here was from 1998 products. The US 5000 product line also included FlowerPower 5000 (SoftWhite with Flower decal) and StingBee 5000 (DullBlack with Bee decal).
